OUSD/R&E selects Lunar Station™ for participation in TIDE 2024

Lunar Station will be participating in this years TIDE event, held annually in Chantilly, VA on August 28th, 2024.

The Goal is to inform DoD and U.S. interagency partners with situational awareness and an

understanding of the state of play of innovative technologies in a specified focus

area for informing decision making that enhances strategic and operational

capabilities. TIDE 2024 seeks to discover emerging capabilities that may

produce surprising impacts during future conflicts . This includes the use of

existing commercial technologies that may yield unanticipated military utility

through technical modifications or unique applications. Technological surprise

may result from producing an impactful or novel capability, an additive

technology that enables a capability to function at a previously unseen scale or

speed, or a disruptive countermeasure that neutralizes existing military

technologies or capabilities.

It was a long day but great getting to meet so many warfighters and talk with them about their needs/wants!
